    Working Principle

    This machine adopts a mechatronics design and mainly consists of force sensors, transmitters, microprocessors, load driving mechanisms, computers, and color inkjet printers. It features a wide and precise loading speed and force measurement range, with high accuracy and sensitivity in the measurement and control of load and displacement. It can also perform automatic control tests such as constant-speed loading and constant-speed displacement. As a floor-standing model, its styling and coating fully take into account the relevant principles of modern industrial design and ergonomics.

    Main functions:
    It is mainly applicable to the testing of metallic and non-metallic materials, such as tensile, compression, bending, shearing, peeling, tearing, two-point elongation (with an extensometer required separately) and other tests on rubber, plastics, electric wires and cables, optical fibers and cables, safety belts, insurance belts, leather belts, composite materials, plastic profiles, waterproof rolls, steel pipes, copper materials, profiles, spring steel, bearing steel, stainless steel (and other high-hardness steels), castings, steel plates, steel strips, and non-ferrous metal wires.

    Main Features:

    Displacement measurement is carried out using imported photoelectric encoders. The controller adopts an embedded single-chip microcomputer structure with built-in powerful measurement and control software, integrating measurement, control, calculation and storage functions. It can automatically calculate stress, elongation (with an extensometer required), tensile strength and elastic modulus, and automatically count results; automatically record the force value or elongation at the maximum point, fracture point and specified point; a computer is used for dynamic display of the test process and test curves as well as data processing. After the test, the curve can be magnified through the graphic processing module for further data analysis and editing, and test reports can be printed. The product performance has reached the international advanced level.
