The sponge repeated compression fatigue testing machine is
specially designed to test the fatigue resistance, compression
deformation and service life of sponges, foams, cushions and other
flexible porous materials. Equipped with a stably operated motor
drive and precise control system, the equipment can perform
continuous cyclic compression on test samples according to preset
pressure, stroke, frequency and test times, simulating the
long-term actual service state and stress conditions of materials.
It can automatically record the compression cycles, thickness
changes and fatigue performance parameters of samples, and will
stop automatically when reaching the set values or in case of
abnormal conditions. Featuring stable operation, high precision and
simple operation, the equipment provides reliable test data for
material selection, product research and development as well as
quality inspection. It is widely applied in material laboratories,
furniture manufacturing, packaging industry and quality inspection
institutions to ensure the durability and service stability of
products.

| What is the working principle of the sponge repeated compression
fatigue testing machine?
The equipment performs cyclic loading on materials according to the
set compression thickness, frequency and cycle times, subjecting
the materials to repeated extrusion and deformation to accelerate
fatigue, collapse or permanent deformation. The machine is equipped
with automatic counting, timing and limit protection functions, and
will stop automatically when the set cycle times are reached or an
abnormality occurs.
By testing the changes in thickness, hardness, resilience and
permanent deformation rate of materials before and after
compression, the fatigue resistance, service life and durability of
sponges can be determined, providing data support for material
testing and quality control. |
